Role As a Composite Manufacturing Engineer (also known as Production Engineer, Manufacturing Process Engineer), you'll support lean manufacturing principles, review and interpret customer data, handle technical issues, and work within a team environment committed to achieving success. You'll also be involved in the design, development, and prototyping of tooling, fixtures, and inspection gauges vital for manufacturing. Benefits Ownership share in the company. Qualifications 4-year engineering or technology degree from an accredited university. 5 years of engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 5 years of solid modeling experience, with SolidWorks experience preferred.
