You will work from 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday . WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL? You will be responsible for completing all normal auto repair tasks efficiently and accurately. Your main objective will be to uphold a high standard of repair efficiency, aiming for an annual efficiency rating of 85%. Additionally, you will strive to keep rework hours at a minimum, ensuring that rework hours account for less than 3% of the total hours billed. To achieve these targets, you must possess the ability to meet standard repair times as defined by SDM Company job codes listed in Fullbay. Moreover, you will be expected to create detailed repair orders (RO) using the Fullbay system, providing comprehensive descriptions of symptoms, problems, causes discovered, and the necessary repairs and services required.
