A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic recruitment strategies focused on securing highly skilled candidates in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Mentor recruiters and hiring managers on best practices and execute inclusive talent acquisition initiatives Collaborate with leadership to map out long-term talent acquisition strategies and enhance employer brand Required Qualifications: 10+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, ideally in technical research teams Passion for AI's potential impact and experience in hiring talent for technical pipelines Experience partnering with executives on hiring plans and using data insights Experience recruiting candidates from university to senior-level positions and in tech and non-tech roles Preference for candidates with people management or operations management experience
