Dear Archie's New Family,We have loved the opportunity to love, care for, train and teach Archie to trust people and find a comfortable, happy dog life. He has come a long way learning to trust and listen. He is a good boy who loves treats, knows how to sit when asked, enjoys being outside as well as snuggling on the couch. He has learned to be gentle and loving with me and my girls. Archie does have residual anxiety with men (an guests in his space) and as a result is less comfortable with my husband. When he is anxious he typically barks and is still learning how to best calm down when his people reassure him it is safe to do so. Archie deserves a home where he and his people can be fully comfortable together. He would also benefit from a well mannered dog friend to play with, which we were not able to provide. He is a sweet loving boy with a lot of potential.
