Avfuel Corporation (Ann Arbor, MI) is a global supplier of aviation fuels and services, known for exceptional relationships with their customers. Avfuel is currently seeking a Receptionist. Duties/Responsibilities: Answer a multi-line phone system Sort and distribute mail and faxes Process large mailings Utilize customer service skills in person and on the phone Special projects as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent professional customer service and communication skills Positive and energetic attitude Customer service experience Exceptional multi-tasking skills, organization and strong attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette and high degree of professionalism Ability to perform well under pressure and deal with changing priorities Able to work 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday Education and Experience: High School diploma or greater is required At least 2 years of multi-line phone experience Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
