Food prep / dishwasher (Ojai CA) Besant Hill School School cafeteria:Open position for a food prep / dishwasher at Besant Hill School, Ojai CaliforniaJob description:We are looking for an energetic food prep / dishwasher to assist our kitchen staff by helping to prepare food ingredients, prepare meals, distribute food, keep a clean kitchen and work environment and follow all the health and safety guidelines.Work requirements:*High school diploma, GED, or suitable alternative.*1+ years of kitchen production experience.*Understanding of food preparation fundamentals.*Ability to follow recipes.*Understanding of food allergies.*Keeping utensils and equipment clean and sanitary.*Willing to do dishes, remove trash, clean.*Basic mathematical skills.*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.*Available to work shifts, on public holiday's, and over weekends.*Proof of COVID vaccination required.
