In search of a passionate, driven, creative, and reliable clinical therapist for a private practice setting. Must possess an associate or independent level license in the State of Arizona (LAMFT, LMFT, LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW). Currently looking for full & part time clinicians. Schedule is flexible and you have the ability to set your schedule. Insurance required. Supervision can be provided. Provide strength based short term and solution focused counseling interventions for children, adolescent, and adult members, care givers and/or adult members receiving services. Provides individual, family, and group interventions to address needs identified by the member. Provides crisis interventions and clinical consultation for Modern Wellness Psychotherapy & Healing. Preferred Qualifications: • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)• EMDR trained• Continuing Education in trauma Physical Working Conditions and Office Setting Description: Requires prolonged sitting, standing, frequent bending, stooping, or stretching. Some lifting may be required. Frequent and prolonged typing as well as operation of computer, keyboard, and telephones required. Work id performed in the office/clinical setting. Evening or weekend hours are required on an as needed basis. Apply today and please submit resume and a cover letter. Responsibilities:• Provides clinical/therapeutic interventions with children, adolescents, and/or adults receiving services in accordance to current best practices for the identified need• Provides group counseling modalities• Completes documentation of all services provided in accordance with Modern Wellness policy• Completes intakes and assessments for patients• Designs and implements treatment plans addressing members needs• Ensures confidentiality of verbal and written recipient information, in accordance with HIPPA standards and Modern Wellness Psychotherapy Healing policy• Adheres to the legal/ethical/professional guidelines adopted by Modern Wellness Psychotherapy Healing• Adheres to legal/ethical/professional guidelines by the American Counseling Association or other professional affiliation• Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:• Master’s Degree in a field related to behavioral health (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, substance abuse)• Associate or Independent level licensure with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners• Must be at least 21 years of age Knowledge and Ability Requirements:• Through and working knowledge of psychiatric and co-occurring disorders is imperative• Knowledge of most recent DSM/ICD 10 codes and descriptions, psychotropic medication and crisis interventions• Requires effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills• Ability to follow directions, use of sound judgement and excellent time management skills are essential. • Must maintain good member relationships, and be able to identify priorities and stay organized. Knowledge of behavioral health services• Excellent problem solving skills• Excellent customer service skills Tools and Equipment Requirements:• Ability to use current electronic management system• The ability to use phone, computer, printer, and copier required• Frequently uses Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• The ability to use the internet and various web browser software required Compensation: $46 - $88 hourly About Company: Modern Wellness is a collaborative practice aimed at treating the whole person, with a mind, body, and spirit approach.
