Job DescriptionJob Description Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, overseeing safety program, and ensuring efficiency and quality in our processes. Essential Functions - Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational and facility activities to meet organizational goals. - Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication. - Develop and implement Health and Safety policies and procedures for the team to follow. - Conduct regular Health and Safety evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team leaders. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. - Resolve operational issues and address concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Foster a positive and productive work environment within the operations team. Education, Experience, and Knowledge Requirements - The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
