Duties:Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through settlement negotiationOversee pre-litigation process from intake through demand, negotiation, and settlementReview and analyze case files to identify legal issues and develop case strategiesEnsure compliance with established protocols and proceduresCommunicate effectively with clients regarding case updates and settlement offersManage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfactionConduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case lawProvide guidance on legal issues and case strategy to the pre-litigation teamReview work product for accuracy and compliance with laws and regulationsImplement quality assurance measures to enhance pre-litigation processesProvide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to legal staffFoster a collaborative and supportive team environmentPerform other duties as assigned Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the California State Bar and in good standingExperience working as an attorney in Personal Injury, Plaintiff's side preferred Skills:Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills
