Responsibilities: • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally• Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations• Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients• Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth• Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction• Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data• Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements• Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal• Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision• Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients• Commercial Lead generation• Commercial lead follow-up• CRM and database mastery• Follow the plan• Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals Qualifications: • Self motivated and self sufficient• Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Skilled in industry practices and lease language• Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising• Real Estate license required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams was built on a simple yet revolutionary principle: People are what matter most.
