JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, ambulating, transferring, and toileting Monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration, and promptly report any irregularities to the supervising nurse Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized environment, proper positioning, and utilizing appropriate techniques for lifting, transferring, and supporting patients Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the provision of care. ** Qualifications:** Be at least 18 years old Have a current valid Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant License Possess a current valid Arizona Driver's license Have reliable personal transportation Have a current CPR Certification Have a TB clearance health card that meets federal/state requirements or ability to obtain. Be a US citizen or have proof of ability to work legally in the United States Ability to successfully pass background checks Bilingual and/or conversational Spanish language ability is a plus! ** Education** Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent Successful completion of college/training required for Arizona CNA license
