What we are looking for: Our Orem office is currently looking for an entry level full-time Receptionist. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and willing learn. Duties Include: Answering phones and directing to staff Scanning and electronic filing of documents Data Entry Ordering supplies Errands Required Skills: Organized and dependable Reliable transportation for office errands (mileage is compensated) Basic knowledge of Windows, and Excel Verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills (not required): High School Diploma Location In office only- Top perks and benefits Immediate holiday pay Fair compensation Growth opportunities Compensation: Salary + Benefits + Mileage reimbursement
