We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inside Technical Sales Support Coordinator. This role will play a critical part in providing technical assistance and support to our sales team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>As the Inside Technical Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our sales team and clients throughout the sales process. You will serve as a key point of contact for technical inquiries, product support, and solution consultations, helping to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organized individual with a passion for technology and customer service.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><p>Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.</p><p>Provide technical support and assistance to the sales team and clients, including product demonstrations, technical support, and solution consultations.</p><p>Manage product warranty claims from initial submission to final result.</p><p>Coordinate custom parts projects within the HubSpot platform and serve as support liaison between our project sponsors, sales teams, and metallurgists and QC personnel at our foundry division.</p><p>Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and services, providing in-depth technical knowledge and expertise to both our sales teams and customers.</p><p>Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client needs and requirements, recommending appropriate solutions and product configurations.</p><p>Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer service, to address technical inquiries and resolve issues.</p><p>Maintain accurate records of technical support activities and client interactions in CRM system, providing regular updates and reports to management.</p><p>Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, sharing insights and recommendations with the sales team.</p><p>Coordinate with the operations and finance Team for reporting of trends and inventory management.</p><p>Manage the supply of ancillary items and secondary product lines, placing PO with vendors, negotiating prices and maintaining the internal price list.</p>
