The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate law, with a focus on emerging blockchain and cryptocurrency industries.Duties:Provide legal advice and support on private offerings, venture capital, and corporate transactions involving blockchain/crypto technology.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.Conduct legal research on blockchain/crypto regulations, trends, and best practices.Assist in due diligence processes related to blockchain/crypto transactions.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Requirements:2-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm, focusing on private offerings, venture capital, and tech company corporate transactions.Membership to the State Bar of CA.Strong understanding of blockchain/crypto technology and its legal implications.Excellent academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with corporate law and securities regulations.Keen interest and passion for blockchain/crypto technology and businesses.Benefits Offered:The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including elective health benefits, robust mental well-being benefits, parental leave benefits, paid holidays, and a 401 (k) program.
