Job DescriptionResponsibilities:The successful candidate will lead the department in all advancement efforts with a particular emphasis on fundraising.The position involves managing a team of four.Qualifications:Candidates should have a degree in business, non-profit management or a similar field. In addition, they must have demonstrated experience in fundraising and donor management.Leadership and/or supervising experience in all advancement efforts with an emphasis on fundraising is also required.Benefits:The position offers a full range of benefits including health, vision and dental (optional riders), 401(k) matched at 5% contribution - fully vested after 1 year of service, and STD and LTD (paid for by the school).
