I'm looking for a female roommate (nonsketchy/nonsmoker) for the school year(until May 2019 or so)preferably a younger college age person who is laid back and neat! I am recent college grad who is new to Alaska. I currently have a one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and full kitchen apartment. It's located right off University ave near Fred Meyer... minutes from UAF. I'm rarely home because I typically stay at my boyfriend's place so I'm basically just paying for a closet. I'm listing the room(if I ever stay there, I'll just stay on the couch) -very clean apartment...I don't care who comes over as long as they aren't sketchy and as long as it doesn't break apartment policy (parties/loud)...I'm asking $500/month-I'll pay utilities/heat. there is cable...I don't have WiFi but that is an option, I've just been using hotspot off of my phone for now since I see it as a waste of money considering that I'm never home! As far as parking, I believe it's $30-40/spot and that includes a plug in. the apartment itself is furnished, however the room is empty-it just has a queen sized memory foam mattress which one can use or not-doesn't matter to me!
