Excellent medical, dental and vision coverage effective on your very first day 2:1 Match on retirement savings Responsibilities* Clinical Quality Program Support- Provide standard quality data analytics and reports for monthly Quality Program Committee (QPC) meetings. Update standard slide deck for QPC meetings. Support monthly M&M Quality Improvement Grand Rounds by preparing monthly cases for review. Acting as primary contact for Quality Analytics team to troubleshoot issues with Otolaryngology Quality Dashboard. Perform one-time analyses as needed. Qgenda Specialist Support- Partner with Qgenda Champion to develop and perform regular time away and tracking reports in Qgenda for Department Leadership and Clinical Division Chiefs. Maintain cFTE in Qgenda and perform regular analyses on captured clinical effort in Qgenda and make recommendations on proposed solutions to address gaps in clinical effort and clinical schedule. Partner with Department Effort Specialist to trigger schedule changes when faculty clinical effort is adjusted and trigger effort review and/or updates if schedule changes. Perform monthly analysis on operating room time used as well as operating room time needed for each physician to ensure appropriate resource allocation. Perform analysis on operating time used within Divisions to make recommendations to Business Administrator and Associate Chair of Clinical Programs on any needed changes in operating time allocations across Divisions. Clinical Faculty Practice Support and Analysis- Perform monthly analysis on operating room time used as well as operating room time needed for each physician to ensure appropriate resource allocation. Perform analysis on operating time used within Divisions to make recommendations to Business Administrator and Associate Chair of Clinical Programs on any needed changes in operating time allocations across Divisions. Develop and deliver clinical faculty group practice data and analyses to support operations and strategy aims. Monitor and push clinical practice data/dashboards to clinical division chiefs on a monthly cadence. Provide analytical support and consultation to clinical division chiefs under direction of Business Administrator. Mobile Audiology Unit Specialist- Act as primary Department operations contact for the Audiology Mobile Unit. Participate in monthly Mobile Unit meetings with Office of Community Benefit and other mobile unit leaders from other Departments. Partner with clinical leadership to procure equipment, staff and develop deployment model recommendations for mobile unit. Other Departmental Responsibilities- Support Department events including planning activities and day of onsite set-up and clean up. Trigger and manage the holiday hour scheduling process for Department faculty to ensure adequate coverage for all holidays. Provide additional onsite support to faculty and Department staff related to facility issues. Act as staff DEI Driver for Department of Otolaryngology which includes attending meetings and performing analyses as needed or requested by DEI Physician Champion for Department to help advance initiatives. Required Qualifications* Bachelor's degree required. Progressive healthcare business or administrative experience. Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions Ability to work effectively with a large range of stakeholder, including executive leaders and frontline clinical staff. Strong data skills including the ability and experience conducting analyses and applying results to operations management. Strong knowledge and experience in clinical operations. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience using EPIC Desired Qualifications* Knowledge of Otolaryngology and Audiology clinical subspecialties and operations. Previous supervisory experience. Work Schedule This position is a full-time position which requires the individual to be onsite M-F with limited availability of remote work.
