Job Title: Mohs Histotechnician Location: Long Beach, CA Schedule : Full-time Duties: Collect, orient, and section tissue for Mohs procedures. Prepare specimens for pathology evaluation. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment. Evaluate and troubleshoot cryostat instruments. Prepare reagents and manage laboratory inventory. Maintain accurate documentation and records. Adapt and improve specimen preparation techniques. Advise and implement corrective actions for unacceptable sections. Ensure adherence to policies and regulations for accurate patient care. Qualifications: Applicant must have a minimum of one (1) year hands-on Mohs frozen section training. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Basic Life Support Certification or valid CPR card.
