**$5,000 Sign-On Bonus** We are looking for a long-term, part or full-time Oregon Licensed Physical Therapist to work in a dynamic, upbeat, fun, and professional outpatient environment. If you are energetic, a great communicator, have a strong knowledge base, like working with a team, and have excellent patient communication and education skills, we encourage you to apply. The successful applicant will be working together with our current team of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Chiropractic Physicians, and Massage Therapists who treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and achieve outstanding results through a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team approach. We work with a wide variety of patient populations and diagnoses as well as coordinate care with a large provider network. We are offering a competitive salary (depending on experience) and our benefits package includes: • $5,000 Sign on / retention bonus• Per patient bonus instead of unattainable productivity standards• Medical / Vision / Prescription / Dental plan• Retirement plan with employer match• Paid earned time off• Continuing education allowance and MedBridge Subscription• Employer-paid liability insurance• Employer-paid license renewal• AFLAC• In-house benefits• Flexible Schedule• Monday - Friday, no weekends Responsibilities:• Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and proper body mechanics to prevent further injury• Document patients' progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately in medical records• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes Qualifications:• Physical Therapy License Compensation: $35 - $48 hourly About Company: Multidisciplinary outpatient Physical Therapy and Chiropractic clinic.
