Senior Operations DirectorManufacturing Company has a position open for a Senior Operations Director. Candidate will oversee manufacturing operations and manage plant processes, establish and implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures and will lead a team of managerial staff to attain plan production and quality targets. Position also requires supporting improvement processes to ensure that cost, quality, safety, and customer service goals are met and to enhance manufacturing quality and reliability. Bachelors degree in mechanical or industrial engineering is required as well as five years experience. Experience in the food industry at management level, experience in manufacturing in multi shift operation and leading a plant through integration or an expansion capital project. Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
