We currently have a four (4) month contract opportunity as an Accounting Clerk - Gift Cards on our Shared Services team based out of our office in Stellarton, NS. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Process and ship gift card orders for both internal and external customers Prepare and send invoices for gift card orders Respond to customer inquiries via email Update order logs with relevant information Ensure all required metrics are consistently met Work in SAP and Microsoft Office Provide a high standard of customer service Various data entry related tasks What you have to offer: • Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience preferably within an office environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) • Integrity and adherence to standards, policy and procedures • Excellent.
