Duties:Analyze insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.Conduct legal research and provide written and oral advice to clients regarding insurance coverage matters.Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and coverage position letters.Represent clients in coverage disputes and litigation.Manage and oversee all aspects of insurance-related cases.Develop case strategies and advise clients on potential risks and liabilities.Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Requirements:3-4 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.Strong understanding of insurance coverage issues.Excellent academic credentials.Superior research and writing ability.Admission to the State Bar. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar. Skills:Knowledge of insurance coverage principles and policies.Legal research and writing skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Communication and interpersonal skills.Case management and litigation experience.
