Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Field/Sales Marketing Representative plans and executes marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention based on localized specifications. The Field/Sales Marketing Representative performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.The Field/Sales Marketing Representative plans and organizes local marketing and sales programs. Acts as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams. Gathers and reports customer intelligence to sales teams. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications 1 or more years of technical experience Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits Able to work as a team member as well as independently Area of responsibility - East Area - Aguas Buenas, Comerio, Cidra, Caguas, Gurado, San Lorenzo, Juncos, Las Piedras, Naguabo, Aibonito, Cayey, Santa Isabel, Salinas, Guayama, Arroyo, Patillas, Maunabo, Yabucoa, Humacao Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Schedule: 8 hr. shift. Flexible (Including nights, weekends and Holidays if necessary) Sunday to Sunday. Overtime when necessary. Training: 3 days in Caguas, PR - Address: Villa Blanca Mall Carretera Numero 3, Caguas, PR. 00725 Work Style: Mobil/Field (Associates work from non-Humana locations - such as provider facilities, employer facilities and home health locations) Preferred Qualifications Prior health insurance industry experience Prior experience on products promotion Prior ad agency experience Prior experience with designing and arranging website content Additional Information Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency.
