About Us: Jennifer Miller is a rapidly growing boutique jewelry company, headquartered on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. We currently have 5 boutiques: Upper East Side, Southampton NY, East Hampton NY, Palm Beach Florida and Southbeach Miami. We are looking for a team member to join our Palm Beach location. This person would be responsible for retail sales as well as website sales and website customer service. Part Time and Full Time Candidates will be considered. Responsibilities: -Generate sales through strong leadership and client building. Ensure comp store sales and monthly sales goals are met. -Execute strategies to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals. -Assist website clients through email, Chatra, phone, and email communication to increase sales and to resolve customer issues. Requirements: The ideal management candidate will have 2+ years of Retail Sales Experience Must be available to work weekends. Bonus Points: Knowledge of jewelry and accessories is a plus Knowledge of Shopify & Chatra is a plus Please include your work availability including start date and days available to work.
