You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and assist us with other operations as needed. Responsibilities: • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions• Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed• Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information• File legal documents with the appropriate authorities• Organize and review client matters within a law firm's case management system• Post on social media Qualifications: • 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent• Must reside in South Miami-Dade County Compensation: $35,000 - $38,000 yearly About Company: At the Elderly Care Law Firm, we embody a culture of positivity, dedication, loyalty, proactiveness, tactfulness, and effective communication.
