The OCIO focuses on supporting ITs operation model by ensuring a consistent, transparent and efficient approach to the way the IT organization delivers value to its partners. Position Summary PG and E Office of the CIO is seeking a highly motivated Contract Management Analyst, Senior to manage a large segment of O and M IT contracts. This candidate will work with internal teams to implement enterprise company policies, risk engagement controls, invoice compliance reviews, goods receipts, and obtain leadership's financial approvals for O and M contract services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of contract strategic reviews with senior and executive leaders, Architects, IT Operations, and drive consensus, resolutions, and validation regarding costs of contracts. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities to rationalize, right size contracts and discontinue non:critical services, This position works with stakeholders including the Sourcing Dept to assist in developing a deep understanding of contract scope, cost, terms, and conditions as well as partner with Business Finance The Contract Management Analyst, Senior develops partnerships and coordinates with the IT PMO and IT leaders to capture incremental O and M costs from contracts at the time of purchase. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: 98,000Bay Area Maximum: ,000 Job Responsibilities : Evaluate existing processes of contract management lifecycle; provide recommendations for process or business improvements.: Facilitate issue resolution for assigned contracts, including supporting or participating in formal dispute resolution as needed.: Maintain written and electronic Contract documentation and records for all aspects of assigned contracts. Document contract information, contract development status, contract issues, commitments and contingencies related to assigned contracts in appropriate tracking tools, documents, databases, and systems.: Monitor developer performance for contracts with facilities under development/construction.: Participate and support regulatory processes/filings including ERRA, General Rate Case and filings related to assigned contracts or assigned areas of responsibility.: Perform and report on cost analysis on assigned contracts for financial reporting purposes: Represent PG and E with counterparties and other external entities.: Review new contracts assigned through contract review process, coordinating with stakeholder departments.: Support operations through clear and concise communications, reporting tools, and as needs arise for issues regarding contracts.: Take action to resolve all open items, manage communications, and perform administrative steps required at contract termination/expiration.: Track regulatory filings associated with assigned contracts.
