Description: You will be the Procurement Subcontract Manager for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Team. Our team operates within the MFC Air Dominance and Strike Weapons System line of business at our Orlando campus. We frequently collaborate with various tools and systems such as SAP, FAR purchase order folder generation (for amounts exceeding TINA thresholds), delivery schedule management tools, as well as project management and strategic decision-making metrics. Proficiency in these systems is crucial for both program and GSC success. What You Will Be Doing As the Procurement Subcontract Manager you will be responsible for performing procurement activities conducted in compliance with FAR part 52 regulations. Approximately 80% of your workload will include supplier management and the remaining 20% will be preparing purchase orders (PO). Your responsibilities will include:* Leading Supplier Management Teams (SMT) for each supplier (typically 2-4) which include managing deliveries, facilitating technical and quality discussions, developing cost reduction strategies, and reporting to leadership.* Preparing Purchase Orders (PO) from start to finish which include encompassing requisition, solicitation, offer, price analysis, representations and certifications, negotiations, and PO compliance. Basic Qualifications: * 3+ years procurement experience* Effective communication skills * Demonstrated ability to work in teams* Familiarity with MS office suite, and typical industry software MRP systems. Desired Skills: * 3 - 4 years FAR part 52 procurement experience, especially over TINA threshold* SAP system experience* Program/project management experience* Experience interfacing with a diverse set of customers, internal leadership, external suppliers, external USG * Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
