PURPOSE STATEMENT Processes fresh or frozen fish by hand or machine per customer orders, specifications or to replenish company inventory needs. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES Places product on conveyor belts, in pouches, on boards or on freezer trays.* Weigh fish for correct ounce size.* Trim product with knife according to SOP.* Pin-bone product (make sure there are no bones in product).* Packages fresh or fresh frozen fish to be shipped or stored for further processing.* Folds and prepares shipping and customer boxes by hand.* Tapes, labels, and palletizes boxes for shipping or storage.* Cleans machines as required.* Completes documentation needed for traceability.
