Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members. Perform data entry, transcribe documents, and type correspondence as needed. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Proven experience as an administrator or similar role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive.
