Expense Management Accountant/AVP: Report directly to the Head of Accounting, responsible for auditing, analyzing, and verifying records for accuracy and completeness and reports that conform to reporting and procedural standards. Additional job responsibilities include: Review and analyze budget proposals for Financial Approval Committee (FAC); Function as the Secretariat for FAC; Monitor and manage projects whose annual budget were approved by FAC; Review business expense pre-approval request, approve under authorization by department head; Review reimbursement request, approve under authorization by department head; Manage and authorize payment process; Conduct expense Management, budget control and forecast related system implementation; Act as risk managers with the responsibility for identifying, acting on and escalating risks and are held strictly accountable for the failure to discharge their risk management duties; Demonstrate risk awareness by following all policies, procedures, and internal control on daily routine.
