In this dual role, you will provide administrative support to the team and assist with creating social media content. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and organizing meetings and events - Assist with social media, including helping capture content, edit, and specific social media needs - Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries on behalf of the team - Help with special projects and events as they arise Qualifications: - Proven experience in a personal assistant role or similar administrative position - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and various social media management tools - Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
