Overview:A leading provider of legal support services, specializing in Process Serving, Skip Tracing, Mobile & Online Notarization, and Court Reporting. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Business Development Manager to join our team. This position is commission-based structure with residual income monthly. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of driving business growth within their assigned district. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share within the assigned district.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.- Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, law firms, paralegals, and other legal professionals to promote our services.- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the district's needs.- Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management. Requirements: - Proven track record of success in business development.- Basic understanding of Process Serving, Skip Tracing, Mobile & Online Notarization, and Court Reporting services.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.- Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.- Reliable vehicle and cell phone for travel and communication within the district.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Must be results-oriented and resilient, with a positive attitude and a determination to succeed.
