Responsibilities: • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary• Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent• Previous work in a customer-facing position• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills Compensation: $50,000 yearly About Company: Our agency is looking to bring on multiple new agents with exceptional customer service experience to become a part of our independent insurance agency.
