Please apply at southside.org/jobs PURPOSE STATEMENTAs Southside’s Multi-Campus Music Director, you will create and facilitate the Southside Church music and worship experience that inspires beyond our understanding by owning, planning, and providing leadership for music and musicians.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the SPD Director in creating culturally relevant worship environments that immediately engage people to want to come back.Support a healthy multi-campus team dynamic that provides both “one church” and local support to the campus.Recruit, hire, train, develop and oversee a world-class Music team.Arrange Music Oversee track creation and delivery to all Southside campusesOversee all Music administrationKEY ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS• Proficient of Ableton Live• General knowledge of production software systems including but not limited to Pro-Presenter, Logic Pro, Avid Pro Tools• General knowledge of input/ output routing for audio, networked audio, and digital audio mixing consoles.
