Provide guidance on targeting/ segmentation, product, underwriting & modeling strategy. Dvlp statistical models & advanced decisioning tools like risk, response models & NPV models. Dvlp complex segmentation structures to provide strategic business insights. May telecommute. May req occasional travel to Charlotte, NC. Reqs: Bach's deg, or foreign equiv, in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Comp Engg, or a closely related field. 7 yrs of post-baccalaureate progressive exp in the job offered, or similar roles. 7 yrs exp dvlpg fin'l valuation models, building customer risk & response assumptions, dsgng prospect targeting & approval policy, running A/B tests, & optimizing mktg campaigns. Also reqs 3 yrs exp with (may have been gained concurrently): Planning & executing Direct Mail or Digital campaigns. Analytics background using big data & machine learning to architect data storage, code & process large datasets, & build predictive models. SQL, SnowFlake or Amazon Redshift, R or Python, Tableau.
