The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the company's human resources functions and overseeing all HR compliance and programs. The role involves managing recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compensation. Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance issues Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience working in a remote setting Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus 1-2 years worth of experience Send Resume/CV to [HIDDEN TEXT]tions
