Description:

The Concord Public Works- Facilities Division is looking for an experienced professional HVAC Technician to join their team. The Division is responsible for more than 26 town-owned buildings and facilities, some with 24-7 operations. Duties include general HVAC maintenance, preventative care and emergency repairs. The successful candidate should also have experience in designing HVAC infrastructures and in managing large-scale HVAC projects. Candidates must possess a current MA Refrigeration License, Oil Burners' License, Sheet Metal License, EPA Certification, Hot Works Certification and a valid MA Driver's License.Applications will continue to be accepted until filled.
