The Research, Planning & Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing the research, analysis, and planning projects for Children’s Trust of Alachua County. Why CTAC? You’ll have two Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) *Note: The posted pay range is the starting range for the position (not the full pay range) What You Will Do in the Role as the Research, Planning & Evaluation Coordinator: Coordinate and participate in research, needs assessments, and program and outcome evaluations Conduct background literature search and community indicator research Identify and evaluate best practices, benchmarking, outcome measures and other programs Design and develop program outcome measures and evaluations based on prior program performance and identified best practices Participate in and support strategic planning processes internally and externally Design and validate internal surveys Prepare written reports and databases to track information Determine and implement procedures to increase and maintain data integrity Analyze survey results and impact on community indicators Analyze the process and outcome performance of funded programs Analyze customer and other survey data Coordinate with staff in the preparation of Requests for Proposals Collaborate with staff and relevant external organizations and agencies Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinate with any contracted external evaluators. Conduct onsite training, technical assistance, and program monitoring Conduct pilot tests on outcome measures Identify internal processes and indicators for improvement Determine the availability of children’s services and the prevalence of problems to identify programming need Assure compliance with federal and state laws Assure implementation of programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with the Trust’s priorities What You Bring: Bachelors Degree. Five (5) years’ experience in program evaluation.
