The platform uses AI to help consumers achieve credit health and financial fitness by managing and growing their credit and cash together. An all-in-one app to monitor credit score daily, receive insightful credit improvement and finance recommendations, and find the right credit cards and loans. We are searching for an experienced and hands-on information security leader who is passionate about building world-class security frameworks and protecting our customers, employees, and partners. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise as well as effective communication skills to lead change in the organization. You’ll... Define security metrics, set up monitoring dashboards, and build an automated alert system; Develop and own security policies and procedures; Conduct regular security assessments, penetration test and audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential risks; Work closely with the Product Team to integrate security, code scan and compliance measures into the product development and deployment processes; Collaborate with IT to define and implement network and firewall policies and implement patch and security upgrades; Manage PCI and ISO 27001 and other security compliance processes and implement risk treatment plans; Negotiate and manage security programs with external stakeholders and partners; Manage corporate roles, segregation of duties and access controls; Lead incident response efforts across the organization for incidents associated with confidentiality and security. You have 10+ years of experience in IT and information security; You have a proven track record (minimum 2 years) for managing security for a SaaS company; You bring strong experience in managing network, storage and application security; You possess deep knowledge of various cryptographic algorithms, secure data transmission, and data encryption techniques; You have experience with AWS cloud platforms and related services for data storage and security; You have knowledge and hands-on experience with IDS, FIM and DLP techniques and tools; You are passionate about working with data products, as well as solving complex problems; You possess outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment; You have a BS in computer science, engineering or related field, MS degree a plus. At Credit Sesame, base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Credit Sesame’s equity plan. The estimated pay range for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area is $190,000 - $225,000. This role requires proximity to our office in the South Bay.
