FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Introducing Ziggy AKA Mr. Cuddles! He is almost 2 yrs. old and about 50 lbs mixed breed. He is a handsome, friendly, total snuggle bug. Kisses and naps on a cozy lap are some of his favorite things in the world. He has an adventurous spirit with happy go lucky energy. Some of his hobbies are meeting new people and friends, car rides, exploring new things, and bird watching. Ziggy is potty trained, crate trained, and walks well on a leash. He would fit right in with an active home with a blend of adventures and snuggles. With training, he would become a superstar. No cats or small animals please! He loves to chase them because he gets so excited. If this sounds like your best buddy, get an application in so you can meet him in person – he’s excited to find his forever family! No apartments! No cats! He can be shy upon initially meet but once he gets to know you, he is a love bug.Adoption processInterested in adopting one of our rescue dogs? Here are the steps to a successful adoption: 1) Review the dog's picture and bio; 2) Fill out an Adoption Application 3) We will screen your application* and call you to tell you more about the dog, 4) A Meet and Greet will be set up. All members of your household (dogs and humans) must attend the meet and greet; 5) If you are approved for adoption, pay the adoption fee, sign the adoption contract and receive the dog's health records; 6) Love and adore your new dog! *FHDR Adoption Application Privacy Policy: Our organization - Forever Home Dog Rescue - values your privacy. Any and all application information is private and will not be shared outside of our organization with ANY other party. After a decision is made on a dog, all applicant and adopter personal information will be disposed of by shredding. We do not retain any application information past adoption in an effort to preserve the security and privacy of applicants. Vaccination, microchip and medical records of adopted and current dogs can be accessed under the dogs name and month of adoption.
