Come and join our community Commercial Credit : FloridaExamines, underwrites and evaluates loans in several industry segments and larger and more complex transactions. Approves or recommends approval of customer applications for lines of credit, commercial and industrial loans, real estate loans (multifamily, commercial, and construction), by performing the following duties. In this position, you will: :Analyzeand assessapplicant financial status, strengths, credit, industry, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan :Spreadfinancials and perform projections and/or proformas as well as sensitivity analysis :Review and assess supporting reports related to the transactions, such as appraisals, environmental, inspections, field audits, plan and cost reviews, etc. :Workwith Portfolio Manager and Relationship Manager to obtain necessary information. GiveRelationship Manager feedback on issues and negotiatepotential structures and resolutions :Managemultiple deals at the same time. Goon joint calls with Relationship Manager :Approveloans within specified limits or referloans to person with appropriate lending authority for approval :Cross train other analysts, support prescreening of new deals To be considered, you will need: :Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other relevant major from four:year college or university :Seven to ten years related experience Important: The candidate must provide evidence of academic preparation or courses related to the job posting, if necessary.
