Practices to the fullest extent of his/her license in accordance with organizational policies. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, functions as a member of the Patient Care Team to implement the patient’s plan of care. Provides population specific care and meets the departmental needs of populations served. The nurse, in conjunction with the Nurse Manager, participates in performance excellence initiatives that are focused on improving patient care and outcomes.
