Facilities Team is responsible for the repair and maintenance at our 800+ Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, and Tobacco Outlet Plus Grocery stores. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard:working and change orientated individual to help us ensure our stores fuel equipment is operating properly. Join our Fuel and CNG service team as an entry level Fuel Service Technician 1 where you would receive on the job training while being responsible for performing inspections, troubleshooting, repairing, and preventive maintenance on petroleum fueling systems. Knowledge of gas, diesel, natural gas, electricity, plumbing, and general maintenance experience is a plus but not required. Additional qualifications/requirements include: : Valid driver's license with good driving record: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Strong interpersonal, organization, and written/oral communication skills.: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Physical requirements: frequently stand/walk up to 8+ hours; lift up to 75 pounds; bend/squat/twist and stoop/kneel/crouch frequently; grasp/pinch/grip frequently; work in a variety of weather temperatures/conditions. Work Schedule: 40:50 hours per week. Typically, Monday through Friday daytime hours as well as occasional overnight stays.Location: Candidate must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Cedar Rapids, IA area markets.
