Job Summary As a Concessions Stand Lead, you will l ead and organize the operations at assigned concession stands to deliver a safe and friendly atmosphere to all non:profit organizations, team members and guests. Understand content of menu and ensures the timely delivery of food, follows food safety/sanitation guidelines, assists with operating designated concession stand. Major Areas of Responsibility Operations :Completes and follows up on steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction:Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing:Responds to guests and team member's requests:Establishes and builds rapport with guests and team members:Completes assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner:Supports concessions staff members and assists with food preparation when necessary:Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to all teammates and guests:Ensures concession stand operations are proactive to serve guests in a timely manner:Ensures products are displayed and merchandised appropriately in their assigned locations throughout the event Short Description Controls :Maintains service areas:Employs good safety and sanitation practices:Adheres to company guidelines and house rules:Ensures proper control and handling of all inventory and equipment:Follows responsible alcohol service policies:Ability to record inventory for various concessions locations accurately and timely including but not limited to before, during and after events and monthly inventory:Communicates guest issues to supervisors or managers:Follows cash handling policies:Ensure Point of Sale system is functioning properly and takin action to resolve difficulties when necessary Long Description Team :Displays a positive, friendly attitude toward not:profit organizations, volunteers,teammates and managers and promote a cooperative work climate:Helps fellow employees whenever necessary:Always on time and ready to go:Team player with a positive, friendly attitudeJob Requirements :Lifts and transports up to 40 pounds.
