Bath Wizard® is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in our Overland Park office. The Receptionist will assist our payroll department. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. He/She has basic math knowledge and can handle basic payroll duties.Join our growing company. There is potential room for growth within the company for various other positions open! Responsibilities: Payroll - Attend emails to correct clock-in and clock-out times for hourly employees. Assist with slight commission edits. Be able to read and understand commission sheets. Assist with filling out commission sheets for our sales reps. Administration – Send out and receive mail, documents, supplies, and packages. Maintain office supplies and reorder as needed. Maintain an organized filing system. Assist in maintaining office(s) clean and tidy. Requirements: A high school diploma is required Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Reliable, professional, courteous and patient Excellent communication and writing skills Great time management Reliable transportation Why Work at Bath Wizard®?
