Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Solderer / Welder to work in the Binghamton, NY area. -This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. - -POSITION SUMMARY: -The Solderer/Welder will assemble Printed Circuit Board/Electronic Box Build for aerospace products under the leadership of the Manager of Operations. - -RESPONSIBILITIES: Job duties will include but not limited to: assembling, soldering, inspecting, packaging, processing improvements and training. SMT and/or PTH soldering of Printed Circuit Boards. SMT and PTH re-work and touch-up of Printed Circuit Boards. Need skills in component bond, component assembly and hardware assembly. Operate machinery utilized in the Printed Circuit Board area such as the Wave solderer, CS-400, pinning machine and solder fountain. Perform duties of the conformal coat processes. Module cleaning, potting and testing. Ability to learn the use of bench top equipment, test equipment, hand tools, and computers. Assemble small mechanical products - springs, gears, mechanic subassemblies. Assemble and test electro and electro-mechanical products. Participate in meetings to determine work priorities. -QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. 2 years of prior experience in Production and/or Manufacturing. Willingness to attend additional training, either OJT or off-site training recommended by the management staff to further personal development. Commitment to customer and business focus in areas such as quality of work, attendance and productivity.
