The objective is for the business to own and buy into the vision and the output, and for many senior individuals to play a key role in delivering inputs that support that goal. Main activities/streamlines of the assignment > Situational Analysis and fact finding, Goal Setting, Market Segmentation and Positioning, Product and Service Strategy, Distribution Channels, Technology and Automation, Marketing and Branding, Risk Management, Financial Projections, Talent Development, Compliance and Regulatory Considerations, Review and Future Monitoring. # Profiles needed > 1, Independent Consultant Skills/Requisites > 1) strong expertise in Insurance 2) already experienced in complex projects in the Industry 3) already performed Strategic Planning from fact finding to 5-years Plan, able also to setup a monitoring system after deployment 4) strong leadership for C-level relationships 5) ex Management Consultant in the Industry 6) in few words > an individual with experience in Insurance strategic planning to oversee the various project streams and help pull together it all together Workload/Location > London, full-time. No decision taken regarding on ground presence or remote, flexible agreement possible. Start-date > October 2023 Period of engagement > 6 months, extendable, assignment long in timing Rate > able to attract more qualified candidates, expenses on Top if out London No boundaries on age and nationalities, as long as he can get the work done with quality.
