Meet Big GymGym is an 8 year old male black and white Tuxedo cat weighing in at 16 lbs! Gym has diabetes and needs insulin shots twice a day (every 12 hours). He needs to be on a low carb diet, but it doesn’t have to be anything fancy (see provided list) most you can find in a grocery store or places like Petco. He is super friendly and will most likely be a big lap cat! He loves to be pet and receive affection. He doesn’t mind being picked up, though he is a large boy. He could stand to lose some weight, which may also improve his diabetes. He doesn’t mind dogs or other cats. He is just a big ball of joy and anyone would be lucky to have him as an addition to their family! All references are checked and a meet and greet is scheduled, typically in the foster home, prior to approval. A thorough home visit is then conducted (with photographs) and then we will allow the potential adopters to have any resident dogs and children meet the foster.
