NOVA Automation is seeking a skilled, energetic, and reliable candidate to fill the position of Sandblast Operator first shift 5:30 am – 2:00 pm. Position: Bandsaw Operator Schedule: 5:30 am – 2:00 pm M-F Salary Range: $18.50 - $26.50 per hour *Pay is based on education and experience Job Type: Full time We Offer: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Vision insurance Health insurance Employee assistance program Opportunities for overtime Employee discounts Health insurance Three weeks of Paid Time Off 10 paid holidays Development, job growth, and internal training opportunities Responsibilities: Comply with all safety guidelines and use all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfaces Set up and operate a blast booth or similar equipment Load and unload the blast cabinet Assist with painting or coating as needed Apply and remove non-skid materials as needed Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age Basic math and reasoning skills Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time Must have good hand/eye coordination Preferred Qualifications: Self-motivated and self-directed Experience working with or removing heavy metals is a plus Previous sandblasting experience or training Experience with power tools Work Location: Denver, CO, 80219 About NOVA Automation: Nova Automation is an industrial automation company that specializes in engineering, manufacturing and integration of large-scale packaging and palletizing systems.
