We have salespeople in our real estate office who need coaching, encouragement, and need accountability for goals. Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence. Responsibilities: • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues• Set aggressive sales goals with sales team • Organize and administer training for the sales team• Coach, lead and train a sales team• Analyze data to identify sales opportunities Qualifications: • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software• One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs• Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly• Real Estate Experience Compensation: $25 - $31 hourly About Company: The Nevada Real Estate Group has been the #1 Real Estate Team in Nevada for the past 4 years.
